Tutor/Counselor:

I am a tutor and counselor at Distinctive Learning With Kids In Mind as well as a paraprofessional educator in the public school setting. I have 18 years of extensive experience in the education career field. Working with children is my passion. I take pride in assisting with the learning and developmental process of each child that I tutor and mentor. My greatest skills are creating crafts and my innovative thinking skills. "Teaching out of the box" is my teaching method that I utilize to work with all of the children in order for them to learn and develop at their own pace.

Director:

 I am a certified Elementary and Early Childhood teacher. I have Twenty Three years of experience as a public-school teacher and Fifteen years as a Tutor/Counselor. I was blessed in 2007 to begin operating a tutoring and summer enrichment program. I love that I have the opportunity to work with such a wonderful group of children each year. I find great fulfillment in being an important part of each child's life that we care for. I consider it a privilege to help mold the lives of these young children.

I am very honored to work with a very prestigious group of children. I am a tutor at Distinctive Learning With Kids In Mind LLC. I have worked as an educator in the childcare setting for many years. I have fifteen years of experience working with young children. I love utilizing my godly gift of arts and crafts to coordinate activities for the students. It takes a village to raise a child. I am thankful to be about their village.
